At Glenisla we pride ourselves in looking after our guests, especially when it comes to our dining experiences. Our Head Chef is local to the area and has a vast knowledge of good quality produce from regional suppliers.

With his experience, knowledge and hands on approach in the Kitchen, he continually produces British classics, big on flavour with a modern approach. With the recent introduction to our new sesaonally changing A La Carte menu, alongside our pub classics, he continues to deliver good quality food, catering for all guest expectations.
