At the Glenisla Hotel we offer full english breakfast everyday and dinners six nights a week.
Dinner is available from Tuesday to Sunday nights. It is an A La Carte menu consisting of three starters, three main courses (as well as a vegetarian option) and three deserts. Starters

  • Homemade winter vegetable soup served with homemade bread (V)
  • Brie wrapped in pancetta ham set upon selected salad leaves
  • Local smoked salmon with lemon scented crème fraises

Main Courses

  • Local grilled salmon with a fennel infused white wine cream sauce
  • Local lamb chops atop garlic mash and homemade gravy
  • Chicken supreme stuffed  with leek and cheese served with our homemade gravy
  • Wild mushroom stroganoff with a saffron rice

Desserts

  • Homemade tipsy tart served with cream, custard or ice cream
  • Brandy snap basket filled with chantilly cream and topped with fresh strawberries
  • Homemade fresh fruit salad with cream, custard or ice cream
